• The machine is specifically designed to cut marble and sandstone. The machine is characterized by a robust portal structure with beam and two box section columns; the columns have four machined faces to after maximum cutting precision. Diamond wire tensioning uses one of the two 2000 mm flywheels, which moves 800 mm on a slide thanks to a pneumatic piston, this prevents localized stress on the diamond wire and allows the wire to be shortened if accidentally broken. The machine has motorized 360 degree turntable block trolley. All the electrical components are Telemecanique.
