• The machine is an automatic cross cut for marble and Granite. The work cycle of the machine is continuous without slowing down and completely automated without the intervention of the operator. BMX 608 receives the strips, usually after they are processed by the calibrating and / or the polishing machine, and transversally conveys them on the BMX 608 belt on which they are automatically aligned to 90 degrees with respect to the working direction of the cross cutter. BMX 608 is made of electro-welded and normalized steel structure providing very strong solid body. The head spindles of the BMX 608 are independent unit and mounted on an extremely rugged spindle holding beam which is rigidly fixed on the machine structure. Each of the cutting spindles can be adjusted to a distance in between them till a minimum of 200 mm (excluding the first one as it is fixed). These adjustable distances are controlled by a position sensors connected to the PLC from which the operator can control them.The main conveyor of BMX 608, which its speed is controlled by the PLC, is operated by gear-motor so as to provide constant continuous motion.The touch screen control panel of BMX 608 displays all the parameters of the machine and makes easy control by the operator.
