• SPX 610 horizontal splitting has been designed and manufactured to split marble stripes up to a max width of 650 mm and to a max thickness of 100 mm.<br /><br />The conveyor belt sliding table and mobile bridge sliding columns are fixed to a heavy base made of very thick electro welded plate.<br /><br />Mobile bridge, supporting all the engines, vertically runs along two colums, which are fixed to the base, in order to allow the thickness change thanks to a motorized movement whose height is displayed. Together with the mobile bridge and the disc, also the plate supportting the upper strip and the side-guides are moved, therefore workable thickness change is very easy and precise.<br /><br />The heavy body of the machine allows to mount more powerfull electrical motors in order to increase performances. The belt movement is obtained by a motor reducer groupe is driven by electronic frequency inverter.
