• The machine automatically and simultaneously executes the calibration and chamfering of the four sides of the tiles. It consists of two complete and independent bodies; the first executes all operations on two sides, the second on the other two sides; Every section, in the following sequence, it is equipped by 1 diamonded calibrating plates, having the function of reducing the size of the material to preset and 2 abrasive working heads, inclined at 45 degree, two for each side for the chamfering. <br /><br />Every spindle unit has its own controls and works independently, the changing of sizes is quick and set on the control panel.<br /><br />The lifting and lowering of the chamfering spindles is automatic when the material passes through the machine. The calibrating unit can be adjusted by means of a hand wheel. The pressure pads (springs) assure the contact between the to be processed and the belt. The conveyor frame is made of cast iron to absorb vibrations.<br /><br />Tool consumption can be automatically monitored by special magnetic sensor.
